RO (Radically Open) DBT vs. Standard DBT

Both RO DBT and standard DBT have skills training courses included within their treatment package. At DBT for You we offer both standard DBT and RO DBT skills classes. The overall difference is that RO DBT teaches students skills to become more open to learning, communicating, and new experiences, while standard DBT emphasizes developing skills to improve self control and decrease impulsive behaviors.

RO DBT Skills Class for Young Adults (16-25)

Fee: $50/week
