Beth Salvi-Hudgins – LICSW
she/her/hers
Executive Director and Founder
I have worked with teens and families on the NH Seacoast since 1995, providing both traditional and DBT therapy. I have a master’s degree in social work (MSW) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and I attended a year-long postgraduate trauma treatment program led by Bessel van der Kolk out of Arbour Hospital in Boston, MA in 1996. I have been intensively trained in DBT by Marcia Linehan’s team, and in 2019, I attended a two-week training in a variant of DBT called Radically Open DBT (RO DBT) with the founder of this treatment, Thomas Lynch. I have incorporated some of the skills and theory from this version of DBT into DBTeens.
I am a lover of sunshine and the ocean, and the beach is my happy place. I look forward to meeting you, and I believe that our program can help you find your happy place too!

Erin Cox-Slosberg – MSW
she/her/hers
Clinical Director
Hi! I have been working as a therapist in Community Mental Health since graduating from UNH with my Masters of Social Work degree in 1997. I trained with Marsha Linehan in 1999 in her intensive class and have been providing adherent DBT on a weekly basis ever since. I supervise and run a weekly consult group of therapists who also embrace Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I am also an Adjunct Professor at UNH in the Social Work Department and do some consulting work for our local school district. I have been lucky enough to see how the concepts, skills, and support of DBT have been able to increase confidence, build healthier relationships and make lives worth living.
I love to travel, watch football, listen to music, try new foods, and adventure with friends and family. I look forward to sharing my knowledge of Dialectical Behavior Therapy with you!

Allie Levy – BA Psy
she/her/hers
Admissions Director
Hello! I graduated with my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire in 2015. My passions have always been aligned with supporting others through difficult times and promoting healing in any and all ways. Since graduating from UNH I have worked with survivors of domestic violence, worked with teens and adults in an inpatient psychiatric setting, created and facilitated curriculum for a substance use disorder partial hospitalization program, and was part of a team whose work on motivations for disclosure of violence was published in a peer-reviewed journal in 2017.
I am a mom of two littles, so outside of work hours you can usually find me building block towers, playing with Play-Doh, spending time outside, or watching Bluey. I also enjoy skiing, kayaking, playing video games, and sitting in front of a fire (either outside or inside in the wood stove) at the end of the night. Winter is my favorite season as I find the cold air refreshing and the snow both beautiful and magical. I’m also lucky enough to have two rescue kitties who get into a lot of trouble and are too cute to get mad at!
For me, learning what to give my energy to and how to change my perspective of things has helped me tremendously in creating a better life for myself. I truly believe that DBTwenties will be able to help you do the same thing, and I am so grateful and excited to be a part of it!

Crystal Sexton – MS
she/her/hers
Director of Business Development & Client Success
With a career rooted in helping individuals thrive, I bring a deep commitment to connecting people with the tools, services, and opportunities they need to grow. From delivering intensive home-based case management to children and families, to supporting adult learners in achieving their career goals, I’ve always found purpose in aligning individuals with meaningful support.
My professional journey has also included uniting volunteers with impactful community programs like the Girl Scouts, and advising corporate leaders on how to use technology for social good. This diverse experience shapes my holistic approach to behavioral health—where leadership, education, and empowerment intersect.
Now, I’m proud to be part of a DBT IOP telehealth company that prioritizes evidence-based care, compassionate connection, and community support through professional training programs.
Rooted in New England, I recharge year-round with outdoor adventures like snowboarding, skiing, gardening, golf, and pickleball. The beach is my grounding place—especially in the off-season, when I search for seaglass and a moment of peace.Whether I’m helping someone find stability, resilience, or a new path forward, I’m always focused on creating space for transformation and hope.

Allison Moran – BS
Administrative Assistant
Hello! I am originally from Connecticut, but fell in love with New Hampshire while obtaining my Bachelors in Psychology at Keene State College. I graduated in 2016, and shortly there after made my move to NH permanently. Since graduation, I have worked in many areas of the mental health field including as a direct care counselor at an inpatient psychiatric unit, and as a case manager for a community mental health center. I have enjoyed learning more about DBT skills while working here, and I am particularly fond of mindfulness and distress tolerance skills.
In my free time, I am an avid reader and love to snuggle with my two cats, Charlie and Tatertot. I love to travel and taking weekend trips to Boston and Portland! I enjoy spending time outside, watching sports and trying new restaurants.

I have worked in several business environments from banking and investments to education to the health and wellness industry. I’ve found many overlapping areas in each sector, and I find that comforting!
I’ve been married to my boyfriend for 36 years and I have two amazing daughters, my every dream come true and so much more! I’ve also recently become a grandmother (Memere) a role I’ve always wanted . My mystical magical munchkin grandson, Oliver, is much more than I ever hoped for. Soon we’ll be welcoming another mystical magical munchkin into our family. I know the kind of older brother Ollie will be and I’m so happy for all his future siblings, because he’ll be spectacular!!
